How to apply?

You can apply if you are a resident in the last year of your training or if you’ve recently finished your specialist training program (max 2 years ago at the time of start of the fellowship).

Please download the two forms below. Fill in the requested details. We need three references on each candidate, one of which should come from the head of your trainingprogram (if you are a resident) or from the head of your department (if you are employed).
